Transitions

摘要

The October 2013 issue represents transitions in editorial teams at ITAX. After serving ably and energetically as editors-in-chief, Dhammika Dharmapala and Eckhard Janeba have stepped aside at the conclusion of their three-year terms. During their tenure, the number of submissions to ITAX has grown substantially, and they will be replaced by the three of us. A notable feature of ITAX is the Policy Watch section. Ruud de Mooij continues as editor, and Albert Sole replaces Ron Davies.
