Dr Ioseba Tena is sales and marketing manager of Edinburgh, UK-based cutting-edge software solutions company SeeByte and has been involved in developing technical solutions for the offshore industry for rnore than a decade. How would you describe yourself in three words? Motivated, driven and friendly (in that order). What was your first job in the industry? I first got involved in the industry as a research associate at Heriot-Watt University developing sonar target tracking and classification software.
