摘要

Recently, vehicle robots are often deployed in critical situations as part of industrial operations, law enforcement or anti-terror measures; such as identifying suspicious objects or identifying individuals in rescuing situations. Therefore, owing to the ertreme circumstances, these vehicle robots have to meet particular requirements. Other than the size of vehicle robots, decision making algorithm within vehicle robots have to be kept simple yet effective in order to lessen the power usage since vehicle robots are normally powered by lead gel batteries. Most decision making in identifying individuals or objects rely on what is acquired from vehicle robots' vision, therefore, an efficient, low-level technique mainly focused for facial identifications is presented in this paper.
