THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN URBANIZATION AND REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY: EVIDENCE FROM CHINESE REGIONS

Urbanization of China develop rapidly and influence Chinese economy more and more deeply, especially real estate industry currently. Establish a factor analysis model and compare the indices of urbanization with them of real estate industry, and classify the 31 sample regions to four grades in China; it is supposed that highly rapid development of real estate industry could make for the urbanization process in many regions, but the local governments adopt developing real estate industry as a path to raise the levels of urbanization generally, which may be a fearful bubble in real estate market.
