Reviewing texts on methodology brings its own special challenge because the topic is of itself often less than riveting, and colleagues bold enough to publish in this field indeed deserve a fairness of treatment that calls on both humility and expertise. Addressing creative methods in research also produces its own peculiar frisson since the creativity often has more to do with the indulgences of the promoter than utility for the reader.rnWith that in mind, I approached Creative Methods in Organizational Research with a certain amount of trepidation. It was not long, however, before I was completely engrossed by its content and presentation.
