This is the second part of the special issue dedicated to the late Professor Lionel McKenzie. Professor McKenzie made enormous contributions to the fields of competitive general equilibrium, economic dynamics, stability, comparative statics, and international trade. In the first part of this special issue (Jones, Nishimura, and Yano 2012), we covered papers representing the modern development of economic dynamics (Venditti 2012, Becker 2012, and Mitra and Roy 2012) and of equilibrium theory (Kojima 2012, Chun, Hu, and Yeh 2012, Pesce and Yannelis 2012, and Hayashi 2012).
