Acquisition of interoperability using intelligent binary schema matching technology

摘要

The Intelligent Binary Schema Matching System (IBSMS) is an intelligent system, which is characterized with adequate knowledge about various data models. In this way, its basic components; translators and integrators acquire enough intelligence to handle the correspondence between constructs from different models. In addition, the system has a Binary-Matcher, which is a schema manipulation operation that takes two schemas as input and returns a mapping that identifies corresponding elements in them. However, in order to establish equivalencies, it derives correspondences among attributes of objects belonging to involved schemas. Meanwhile, the returned mappings can be exploited in a large variety of applications.
