ECM activity rebounded last week after a challenging October, spurred by a strong market recovery that helped to refill the deal calendar. Last week saw eight IPO issuers raise a total of US$1.7bn, up from four deals raising US$1.2bn in the prior week. There were several IPOs postponed last week after failing to price (radius bancorp, sky solar), though these were mostly smaller offerings that typically struggled to attract institutional interest.
