Tanner servicios financieros pushed back a planned US$300m bond sale on Friday, leaving market participants wondering whether the deal might be struggling to get traction. The financial institution, mostly active in the factoring business, delayed pricing on its five-year senior unsecured offering to Monday, just hours after announcing initial price thoughts of 5.5% area on the trade early on Friday. The surprise move left some bankers wondering whether initial price indications on the deal had been too aggressive. "It looks on the tight side," said one rival syndicate banker, who had the company's March 2018s quoted at 100.375 for a spread of 318bp over US Treasuries.
