Analysts are expecting opportunistic buying in the riskier slices of CMBS and CLO deals this spring following recent weakness. "We've seen a rally in CMBS BBBs into spring for each of the last two years," said Alan Todd, CMBS analyst at BofA Merrill. "But there is also central bank stimulus in Europe, and the potential even in China, which could be setting up investors to look to the US for yield."
