Appdynamics has gone to extra lengths to ensure the first technology IPO of 2017 delivers for investors. The application intelligence software provider's US$144m offering, launched early last Thursday, combines the tried-and-tested formula of a tight free-float, support from existing backers and a valuation discount to drive demand in a market still starved for growth.
