Health insurer CIGNA signed three revolving credit agreements totalling US$5bn that replace the borrower's RCFs.The loans comprise a US$1bn 364-day RCF, a US$1bn three-year RCF and a US$3bn five-year RCF. The facilities may be increased up to a combined US$6.5bn.JP Morgan is the administrative agent on the facilities, and joint lead arranger and bookrunner with Bank of America, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, MUFG and Wells Fargo.Pricing of the five-year facility is based on the borrower's credit rating.
