HKEx turns to JP Morgan's Aguzin as CEO

HONG KONG EXCHANGES AND CLEARING has tapped Nicolas Aguzin to be its new chief executive officer - and the first person from outside China or Hong Kong to hold the role. HKEx said Aguzin, 52, will take over on May 24 for a three-year term, subject to approval from the territory's Securities and Futures Commission. Calvin Tai, who has been acting CEO since the departure of previous chief Charles Li at the end of last year, will stay as co-president and chief operator officer at the bourse operator.
