BlackRock and Dragoneer back Moonpig

BlackRock and Dragoneer Global are backing online greeting card and gift retailer MOONPIG's London IPO with £130m in cornerstone investments covering around 40% of the deal. They have committed to buy shares at an offer price valuing Moonpig at up to £1.2bn.
