OSCAR HEALTH delivered one of the biggest US iPO disappointments in months by stumbling on debut on Wednesday despite upsizing its offering and pricing above range for proceeds of US$1.44bn. The impeccably connected tech-enabled health insurer late on Tuesday priced the sale of 37.04m shares, up nearly 20% from 31m shares at launch, at US$39 or US$1 above the US$36-$38 range.
