SK BIOPHARMA TO LAUNCH KRX IPO sk biopharmaceuticals, the drug-making unit of conglomerate SK Group, plans to open books next month for a KRX IPO that could raise up to W959bn (US$782m). It plans to sell 19.6m shares (68% primary/32% secondary), or a 25% free-float, in an indicative price range of W36,000-W49.000 apiece, implying a market capitalisation of W2.8trn-W3.8trn. About 60% of the deal will be allocated to institutional investors and the rest will go to domestic retail buyers and an employee stock ownership plan.
