CFLD HOLDS INVESTOR CALLS CHINA FORTUNE LAND DEVELOPMENT hosted flxed-income investor update calls via Haitong International and JP Morgan on May 20 and May 21. The Shanghai-listed company was represented by Neal Wang, head of overseas financing, and Feng Yanhong, deputy head of overseas financing. The company, which focuses on new industry city development, last tapped the offshore market with a US$1.2bn dual-tranche Reg S senior bond offering in January, comprising a US$500m 6.9% three-year tranche and a US$700m 8.05% five-year tranche. On May 16, the company said Zhongrong International Trust would invest up to Rmb 1.1bn (US$155m) in its 8.5% perpetual bonds via a trust plan.
