Pharmaceutical retailer walcreens boots alliance has signed US$3.1bn of loans this month to increase its cash position and preserve financial flexibility in light of uncertainty resulting from the coronavirus pandemic. The borrower has agreed two revolving credit facilities and amended two more, which allows for additional borrowing capacity. A US$750m 364-day RCF was led by administrative agent JP Morgan.
