Deconstructing Energy Law and Policy: The Case of Nuclear Energy

This short monograph-spanning over 139 pages of text-addresses the very topical issue of nuclear energy policy, in the broader context of energy law and policy. It, also, explores, albeit in less detail, the legal policy instruments which implement civil nuclear energy policies in Romania, the UK- and the US. The book comprises three main parts, containing seven chapters. The author also provides an appendix which lists the name of the 96 entities interviewed in Romania, the UK, and the US. The interviewees-chosen form a wide spectrum of those concerned with nuclear energy, nuclear law and policy, and nuclear energy regulation-represent the public sector, the private sector, academia, and Civil Society. The "Appendix" is followed by a "Notes" section, and a rather comprehensive "References and Bibliography", spanning over 22 pages, and covering the period up to 2012.
