The gradual acceptance of digital cinematography by some of Hollywood's biggest directors and cinematographers, not to mention the major studios, has encouraged manufacturers to pay attention to detail. This year, creative workflows have been discussed at every stage of the production and post production process to the point where the two are beginning to merge. This workflow is pushing instant review, colour correction and compositing on set and the days of waiting to the next day to review what was shot today are fast coming to an end.
