This paper presents a set of temperature-controlled standard capacitors that are developed via novel nanoceramic materials and new processes. The set of capacitors can ensure the high accuracy and accomplish high stability (maintained to ) and low dissipation, with capacitance range of 1 pF– and an accuracy of 5–50 ppm (1 kHz). On the basis of this research, a standard capacitance box with high accuracy and a low zero-position capacitance has been developed with a capacitance range of 1 pF–0.1 and an accuracy of 50 ppm (1 kHz).
