To optimise value for money in today's competitive food market, Exter Aroma has created a line of new, natural savoury flavours. This rich and full range features a unique combination of savoury flavour profiles produced using traditional food preparation processes.rnIn keeping up with the trend towards natural, healthy and clean label food products, these new savoury flavours have a natural and clean label declaration, having been made from natural andrnfood ingredients.rnThese authentic flavour profiles are chicken, beef and meat. Ranging from boiled to roasted, they come in a variety of profiles. Their flavours provide a lingering taste and can be applied in a wide range of savoury applications like soups, sauces, meat, snacks and ready-made meals.rnMost products in the new range are MSG free, E-number free, allergen free, CMO free and vegan. Moreover the sodium content of most of the products is up to 25 % lower compared with current alternatives and as such supporting low sodium labelling. Every flavour comes with an excellent heat and shelf life stability that can be used in a wide range of food applications.
