The Library Corp. (TLC) announced the appointment of Paul Leppert as vice president and managing director of the company's Denver operations. Most recently, Leppert was executive project manager at the Chicago Public Library where he oversaw the implementation of TLC's ILS CARL.X. Prior to that, he was the director of technology operations at Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies. Previously, he was a consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Technology Solutions Co.
