For the past 10 years, business growth has been propelled globally by digital transformation and acceleration at an unprecedented pace. Business leaders have leveraged the benefits of the digital age to transform their global online presence into local customer experiences to sell products and services through local channels in an effective way. Businesses that have been at the forefront of this digital globalization journey have demonstrated leadership in designing and developing content with local customers in mind before localizing and personalizing it. When it comes to global product and content leadership, there is no global effectiveness without global readiness.
