Virtual AEC keeps ergo ideas flowing

After weeks spent adjusting to working and interacting remotely, attending a conference from home or office seems a logical next step while travel and social mingling continue to make a comeback. And what better topic to engage than occupational ergonomics, an ongoing challenge for everyone working remotely or in the office? Those topics and more will be offered in the virtual Applied Ergonomics Conference 2020 on Aug. 4-6. Just as the in-per-son version, the virtual AEC will gather experts from around the world to share best practices in ergonomics, healthcare, safety, human resources and risk management. "While we all miss seeing our friends and peers in person, we're still happy to be able to present the 2020 Applied Ergonomics Conference," said Julia Abate, the 2020 conference chair. "This virtual conference will bring a flavor of the experience."
