Maintaining absolute Integrity and devotion to duty are the core factors for the successful career, this was said by Shri Pradeep Kumar, Member (S&T), Railway Board, Ex-Officio Secretary, Govt. of India during his participation as Chief Patron in the passing out function of Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineering (IRSSE) probationary officers of 2017 batch held on 23rd January, 2020 at Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET), Secunderabad. Later, he gave away the certificates to 23 IRSSE probationers who have successfully completed their training for a period of 78 weeks. He also stated that, the standards of training provided at IRISET go a long way in shaping the competence of the Officers and Staff involved in these duties. Earlier, Shri Gajanan Mallya, General Manager, South Central Railway speaking on the occasion stated that introduction of Modern Technology brings the best in the Railway Signaling and Communication. He advised the newly passed out batch of Officers that, learning is a continuous process to improve the skills and the career and that they should make best use of it for the betterment of the organization. Later, Shri S.P.S. Chauhan, Director, National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR) spoke of the importance that Telecommunications holds on the Railways, covering all aspects including safety, security, administration, operations etc. While addressing the function Shri R.K. Jain, Additional Member (Telecom), Railway Board congratulated the Probationers for successful completion of training and called upon young officers to work with dedication and bring laurels for the organization. Shri Ch. Mohan, Director, IRISET welcomed the gathering and detailed the achievements of this premier organization, which holds worldwide reputation. A souvenir, "Pratibhimb", was released on the occasion. IRISET, established in 1957 is a Centralized Training Institute that stands as one of the vital training institutes to impart training to officers and supervisors in the area of Signaling and Telecommunications.
