This year, Gorham's annual compound semiconductor business meeting, 'Compound Semiconductor Outlook' was held in San Mateo, California. The conferees represented a wide crossection of interests with attendance at about the same level as last year, although the percentage of visitors from overseas appeared to be lower. The technical programme included presentations from the financial community and most aspects of the industry and those present were provided with diverse and valuable analyses of many compound semiconductor industry segments. Many key suppliers were present in the accompanying exhibition and also doubled as event sponsors.
