Compound Semiconductor Outlook: Challenges And Opportunities

摘要

I am responsible for analyzing semiconductor applications in wireless communications, particularly RF applications; fiber optic communications; particularly the devices in fiber optic modules, and optoelectronics. These responsibilities place me in constant contact with compound semiconductor technologies and at the same time give me the opportunity to analyze them in the context of all of the technologies that are used in these applications. As a result I have the opportunity to see the evolution of technology roadmaps in each of these areas.
