摘要

Analysis of near field-light is important for developing ultra-high density recording and microfabrication technologies. In this paper, electromagnetic problems for metallic nanoparitcles are analyzed by using a boundary integral equation method. We also apply fast inversion of Laplace transform to analyze time domain responses of electric fields. The computational results obtained by our method are compared with FDTD results or exact solution. We verify that all results are in good agreement and our method is fully error controllable.
