本報告では偶高調波ミクサと平衡形ダイォードミクサの出力電力の限界性能を明らかにするために,これらのミクサの出力電力の解析および実験結果を報告する.ここでは変調信号である直流電圧を印加したときのミクサの入出力特性を定式化し,それをべき級数で表すことにより1dB利得抑圧時の出力電力P_(1dB)を導出している.これらをGeneral chartで表現し,更に実験で有効性を確認している.その結果,平衡形ミクサは偶高調波ミクサよりも高P_(1dB)となることを定量的に明らかにした.%In this report, output power of the even harmonic mixer and the balanced diode mixer are reported for clarification of fundamental limitations on output power. For the analysis, the output power of the mixers are formulated and are represented as the power series for formulation of output power at 1dB gain compression point P_(1dB) Also general charts of output power are demonstrated, and their effectiveness is confirmed by the experimental investigation. As a result of analysis and experiments, it is clarified that P_(1dB) of the balanced mixer is higher than that of the even harmonic mixer.
