摘要

The authors have studied on current variation with time for a point-to-plane negative corona discharge in N_2 and N_2/NO mixture. It has been deduced that the variation depends on change of No concentration by corona discharge. In this study, emission spectra were measured to obtain NO concentration which is estimated by intensity of NO γ band. From the results, it is suggested that the No concentration decreases with time by corona discharge and its change causes variation of current.
