ユーザから見たACモータドライブ適用動向

摘要

The elemental technology, the application trend about the AC motor drive has been introduced in various ways from the drive dawn. However, most of these reporting are from development and manufacturers. Based on it, this report presents the AC motor drive application trend in the users sight. Followings are the main topics of this report: 1) The needs and trends of application for AC motor drive in every user field are presented. 2) The technical information to attract attention in the user sight, such as high efficiency regulation and the support technology of inverter application, are presented. 3) The trends and reasons in the industrial field which AC motor drives do not spread very much. 4) Portraying AC motor drive as "a user", the latest topics of materials such as a copper rotor and the latest electromagnetic steel sheet technology are presented.%ACモータドライブに関する要素技術•適用動向は、ドライブ黎明期より種々紹介されてきた。ただし、これらの情報提供は開発元•製造元などが多かった。これを踏まえ、「ユーザ」視点でのACモータドライブ適用動向を調査し、報告する。主な内容は次のとおりである。①ユーザ分野毎のACモータドライブに対するニーズと適用動向の調査結果を示す。②高効率規制•インバータ適用支援技術といった、ユーザ視点で注目される技術情報の調査結果を示す。③ACモータドライブがあまり普及していない産業分野の動向、理由の分析結果を示す。④ACモータドライブを「ユーザ」とみたて、銅ロータ•最新電磁鋼板技術といった、材料系の最新トピックを示す。
