Commodore Romeo Ho, who recently retired as head of the Hydrographic Branch of NAMRIA Philippines and has been succeeded by Captain Jacinto Montero Cablayan, shows how a National Hydrographic Service can best cooperate with the IHO and private industry, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by both.
