Court Blocks HUD Plan to Relocate Tenants in Effort to Sell Project

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern District, enjoined HUD from implementing a relocation plan for tenants in a low-income housing project it has been trying to sell, ordering the department to comply with its obligations under the Multifamily Housing Property Disposition Reform Act (MHPDRA) to maintain full occupancy.
