Cabrini-Green public housing tenants and their Local Advisory Committee (LAC) can pursue their efforts to block the Chicago Housing Authority's (CHA) redevelopment process until a detailed redevelopment and relocation plan is in place, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, ruled.
