In Saline Associates No.1 Limited Partnership v. United States, 2016 WL 7404917 (Ct. Fed. CI. 2016), the U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled that the government's repudiation of covenants to allow the prepayment of loans for the construction of low-income rural housing waived their claims for breach of contract against the government after the plaintiff developers who received mortgage loans sold them to third parties.
