If Westin markets it, will they come? The innovative brand of Starwood Hotels & Resorts is best known for launching the "bed revolution" when it introduced its Heavenly Bed. While it took some time for other hotel companies to follow suit, eventually nearly everyone has hopped on the better bed bandwagon. Now with its decision to become the first 100% smoke-free hotel chain (at least in North America), the industry is waiting to see if Westin will once again be a trendsetter.
