Tapped to fast-track a restaurant for the Casa Decor expo in Barcelona, Spain, the Nancy Robbins Design Studio's namesake designer-director served up the raw space in a commercial warehouse as a showcase for her own furniture as well as other favorite products. Her prototype high-backed Berlin sofa for the MEC Collection anchored the lounge. At the center of the room, her Tokyo sectional for Andreu World served as a grand U-shape banquette upholstered in white vinyl and hardy synthetic suede, removable backrests and all. On the opposite side of the dining tables sat cream-lacquered lightweight armchairs by Lievore Altherr Molina, also for Andreu World.
