Especially in economically difficult times, front cooking makes an important contribution to turnover, as it conveys individuality and freshness to the guest. However, one difficult aspect of front cooking lies in filtering grease and moisture out of the cooking fumes. The fumes can have a negative effect on the room climate, can settle on furniture and fabrics and can represent a serious strain on the cook's health in the long term.rnIn response to this, Blanco CS has developed a mobile Blanco Cook extraction mod-ule, which extremely effectively removes grease, moisture and bothersome odours from the cooking fumes. The results of the official test by the Institute for Occupational and Social Hygiene Foundation (IAS) in Karlsruhe also confirms this with a clear mark of "very good". The unique filter system of the extraction module is proven to remove 99 percent of the grease aerosols and 95 percent of the undesirable odours contained in the cooking fumes.
