Dubai might be in the Middle East, but its European and Asian influences can be felt at every turn. A polyglot expat community led HBA's local office to create the Living Room Lounge & Bar at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, featuring a central bar area complete with a sunken floor, curved feature wall, and contemporary artwork printed onto aluminum sheets.
