Jeff Rothman, with the help of his wife Marcia and college-bound son Mitchell, has found a new way to bring his family's retail expertise back to the North American market - with a twist. His father, Ed Rothman, established the longtime chain of discount linens stores dubbed Ed's Linens throughout Vancouver, British Columbia. That business thrived for more than 30 years, until shifts in the retail landscape forced the family to close it. Until this year. Only this time around, the next generation is taking a different approach with a new store concept that draws from the past but looks to the future. Rothman & Co. Fresh Linens opened its doors in June as a luxury linens shop, selling upscale bedding and bath products across various brands and high-end qualities.
