PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify an heir over a plurality of generations differing in applicable law.SOLUTION: Provided is an heir specification program, the program including: referring to a law text database using succession start days of a plurality of successions, and having a processor specify the applicable law of each succession; starting a process that corresponds to the specified applicable law; having the processor specify an heir in the specified applicable law; starting a process that corresponds to the applicable law for succession of an ancestor, the specified heir being an ancestor; having the processor specify an heir in the specified applicable law; and having the processor generate screen data for displaying the specified heir.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
