It was time for the New Delhi World Book Fair again. It was also the time to meet up with readers and book lovers from all over the world—professionals, intellectuals, academicians, writers, students, children and readers from all walks of life. Inaugurated on 27 January 2006, the 17th New Delhi World Book Fair was open for nine days till 4 February 2006. During this period Pragati Maidan was agog with a host of literary activities.
