Bowers and Wilkins' £ 1499 CM6 S2 draws on the technology of models in the more rarified strata of the Worthing company's catalogue. It comes in a choice of black, white or rosenut finishes, and there's a dedicated 56cm stand, price £400, to which the speakers are bolted. This is in silver or black to match the various speaker finishes, and has a central column divided for mass-loading and to provide a cable-management channel. (We used 15kg of Atabites filling material from Atacama for stand loading.)
