Worcester Bosch has been a part of revolutionary advances within the heating industry in the last 40 years most notably in the combi boiler in 1970. Changes to building regulations has given the company the opportunity to 'raise the bar' once again within the industry and its ambitious plans aim to target all sectors -installers, merchants, house builders, local authorities, housing associations and end-users. Between 2004 and 2006 Worcester Bosch will further invest in its employees, production facilities at Worcester and Clay Cross in Derbyshire, product develoment, industry training needs and reaching its customers on energy issues. Many boilers will be replaced with new models, reports Martyn Bridges, Technical Manager at Worcester Bosch; both gas and oil fired models, in combi and system versions, and all based on extensive research.
