Lurking in the shadows of the shorter and colder days of fall and winter is flu season. Biological hazards known as viruses (small contagious microscopic organisms) hijack your body, invade healthy cells and use them to multiply; eventually they kill healthy cells and making you sick. These microscopic organisms thrive in the dry, cold conditions experienced in Canada.
