Welding Anti-corrosion specialist Edlon has developed a machine that can automatically weld f luoropolymer lining sheets, a capability that can lead to higher quality welds and enhance other aspects of the application process. Edlon, which is headquartered in the US and has a facility in the UK to serve the European market, is no stranger to innovation in its field. Its founders were the earliest developers of fusion welding technology. But now with the invention of this new device, Edlon has completely eliminated the need for manual welding, even around intricately shaped areas of the tank.
