THE TANK CONTAINER market has beenthrough a tough few years but no one canaccuse the business of a lack of optimism.According to the latest annual Tank ContainerFleet Survey published by the InternationalTank Container Organisation {ITC0j, the globalfleet grew by 8.7 per cent during 2017 to reach552,000 units at the start of 2018.
