An SDI Social Networking Strategy

The International Geospatial Society (IGS) is the individual member arm of the Global Spatial Data Infrastructure Association (GSDI). The GSDI Association centres its work on large organisations, while IGS allows interested individual professionals and students to become members. Created in 2009, the IGS has 180 members originating from more than fifty countries. Aiming to engage and enhance international communications, IGS offers valuable opportunities for individuals interested in sharing experiences and knowledge about SDI, geospatial technologies and GIS.
