GEESSTe: Une grille pour l'évaluation et l'évolution des systèmes sociotechniques

L'outil GEESSTe qui est présenté dans ce dossier permet d'évaluer des systèmes sociotechniques existants du point de vue des facteurs humains, organisationnels et sociaux (FOHS). Il aide aussi à envisager leur évolution vers des systèmes compatibles avec les caractéristiques des opérateurs humains chargés de les exploiter.%The purpose of the tool described in this article is to evaluate existing socio-technical systems from the standpoint of human, organisational and social factors. It also helps to consider their evolution towards systems compatible with the characteristics of the human operators who use them.
